5A's to Handle Objections




1.Anticipate - First, before you visit/call to your prospect, do the preparation of what kind of objections will be raised by prospect and prepare your answers.


2.Attentive - Second, be attentive when a prospect raises his objections & concerns. Be a Good listener.


3.Acknowledge - Third, acknowledge the objections by saying "I understand, "I see", I appreciate" etc., which build the relationship


4.Ask question - Fourth, ask questions to understand the real concerns & objections

Example.: Why you think price is high, how much you intend to pay, what do you expect etc.,


5.Analyse - Fifth, analyse the objections if it's real objections or excuses

Example.: If price is a concern, will you place an order If I give the price what you ask for.
